Are you looking for a quiet restful vacation site?
Our air conditioned Pymatuning cottage is built on a double grassy lot with room for the kids to play. We have a porch swing hung between two trees, a picnic table with a canopy in case it rains, and a gas grill to cook the fish you’ll catch! An outdoor fire pit with benches to roast marshmallows and hot dogs and have a good family discussion with the kids .
Do you like to fish? You can walk to the lake only two short blocks away. You can park your boat and trailer in our two driveways, or rent a motor or pontoon boat from the PA boat Livery 5/10 of a mile from our cottage on the northside of the causeway.
Our cottage has three (3) bedrooms, and can accommodate seven (7). It’s fully equipped with the exception of sheets, blankets, and towels which you must bring.
We’re located on the Pennsylvania side of the lake. Go south just 4/10 of a mile on Lake Road from the route 285 causeway and the ” Lit Bit Restaurant”, then turn left to 89 Walnut Street. Full directions can be found here.
We rent by the week during the summer and week-ends during the off season.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Our cabin is 24’x30′ and can accommodate up to 7 individuals comfortably. The cottage is air conditioned and all bedrooms have baseboard heating as well as wall carpeting. Handrails are available on the side entrance.

The Living room includes a Cable TV, Stereo, VCR, WiFi, and Air Conditioning.
The Kitchen is equipped with: pots and pans, a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, microwave, mixer, crock pot, electric can opener, toaster, new gas oven,electric grill, kitchen utensils, and refrigerator.
The remodeled bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and storage cabinet.
The large front bedroom has (1) new double bed and (1) single bed, a dresser, end table with lamp and ceiling fan.
The rear bedroom has a new double bed, two end tables with table lights, a dresser, and ceiling fan.
The small bedroom has (2) two single beds, dresser, ceilng and table lamp, and ceiling fan.

$795 / Week (Includes Cleaning & Covid-19 Protection) - Nightly (Minimum 2 nights)
$170 / Night (Off Season Sept – May Only)(Includes Cleaning & Covid-19 Protection)

SECURITY DEPOSIT
- $200.00
The deposit will be returned within two weeks if the property has not been damaged.
RESERVATION HOLD
- $295.00
Counts towards the $795.00 weekly rate. $500.00 balance and the security deposit need to be provided two weeks before the reservation check-in.
POLICIES
- Smoking: To protect the health of all our guests no smoking is allowed inside the cottage. Thank you for your consideration.
- Pets: (1) One pet is allowed. Your pet must be kept off the furniture. Please keep your pet calm and quiet for the consideration of other guests. Your pet must be on a leash when outside. Please bring a litter box and scratch pad for your pet cat.
